About
40 million adults in the United States, over 18% of the population, will suffer from panic attacks at some point in their lives. Approximately 3 million people, or 1.75% of adults, will experience a full-blown panic attack at some time in their lives.
Generalized anxiety disorder, or GAD, is diagnosed when a person experiences excessive worry and relentless anxiety over normal situations with no rational reason for the worry and anxiety. Typically, people who suffer from anxiety constantly expect the worst situation will come to pass and are not able to quit worrying about many different aspects of their life.
Usually, the worry is unfounded or worse than it should be. For people who suffer from anxiety, the excessive worry takes over their lives and interferes with their ability to function normally in everyday life. As such, it can cause significant problems at work, school, home, and in social situations.
What are the Symptoms of Anxiety?
Not only is anxiety an emotional condition, but it can manifest itself physically as well. Some of the most prevalent symptoms of anxiety are:

- An inability to relax
- Irritability

- Headaches
- Perspiration

What are the Causes of Anxiety?

2. Work out more often and follow healthy eating guidelines.
3. Engage in therapy following a stressful or traumatic experience.

Panic Disorder. This condition is characterized by panic attacks, which are periods of intense and extreme fear or psychological distress. If you place your order after 10:00am EST, it will be sent out the next morning. Your order should arrive within 3 to 5 business days within the USA. All orders received after 10:00am on Friday or on the weekend will be shipped out promptly Monday morning.
We also offer FedEx 2 day delivery, as well as next day shipping. FedEx shipments will be sent out the same day, as long as the order is received by 10:00am EST. You can learn more about shipping options on the checkout page.
